Questions and Concerns

We are always available to address your concerns. Please contact us either by phone during office hours or through the patient portal.  Our email is not HIPAA-compliant so please use it only for non-medical communication. Voice messages received on Friday afternoons or over the weekend will be returned on Monday.

Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Weekends and evenings – for urgent matters after hours you will be directed to our answering service. A provider on call can address your concerns, but they may be part of a different practice and may not have access to your medical records and prescriptions. Please do not use the answering service for prescription requests or biopsy/lab results, instead, call the office during business hours.
